1. SMS Messaging Program Description

Awesome Air HVAC, LLC offers an SMS program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who have opted in through our website form or otherwise given express consent. Messages are sent from Awesome Air HVAC, LLC and may include:

Customer care / appointment messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimate and invoice notifications, and responses to your service inquiries.
Marketing / promotional messages (only if you separately opted in): seasonal tune-up reminders, special offers and Mass Save® rebate updates.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

2. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To rejoin, sign up again through our website form or text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network, and is outside of our control. Awesome Air HVAC, LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of messages.
